Ch. II. Judiciary collectively
§.4. Judicatories their Grades

Art. 4. Of Judicatories there are two grades: 1. the Immediate:
2. the Appellate. The Immediate Judicatories
and they alone have cognizance of causes suits or in the first
instance. The Appell Appellate, and they alone have
cognizance of such causes suits as, by appeal from one or other
a party on one or other side come before them from the Appellate Judicatories

Art. To Judicatories as well Appellate as Immediate
belongs within the field local fields of their respective jurisdiction
the cognizance of all suits or causes with no other exception
than those is those which belong to the cognizance of the Special
Judicatories, as above: to this in respect of the logical field of their jurisdiction
there they are omnicompetent

Art. To the Justice Minister belong certain particular
causes as mentioned in the Chapter headed by his official title.
