Ch. IX. Minister
Ch. XII. Judiciary collectively
First Number in for Judicially an Office

Taking in hand the French and English systems
upon the supposition of the correctness of the opening known above determined advanced,
on a a very slight and general acquaintance this would enable
any man to afford a strong and instructive
illustration of them
In the French system, he will see error and an
seating: error in principle, enacting in the application.
In the English he will see throughout the above
of all principle, the gr in, and in the
result of at the thickest confusion throughout the whole of its
texture.
In the French system suits being classed according to the
supposed order of the importance he will observe allotted
to those to which the least importance is ascribed, single-
seated justices: to those to which the highest degree of importance
is ascribed the greatest number of Judges: and not as to expense only
the greatest number of Judges but to such of them the highest
rate of remuneration
