Art. 8. 14. By the logical field of service of a Judicatory,
Art. 8. Determined by and composed of the sorts of suits, of which the
Judge is empowered to take cognizance, in consequence of
the originating application, is the logical field of service of each
Immediate Judge.

application by in and by which the suit takes its commencement: as
to which, see the Procedure Code title Sorts of Suits, and Judicial
Applications.

Art. 10. Art. 16. Of the Applications which, Under the course of Procedure
Code appertaining to this Pannomion, originating applications
are capable of being made for purposes more than one: but that
which is most frequently exemplified is that by which
commencement commencement is capable of being given to a suit, the application applicant
having for its his object the admission of the applicant
or the co-applicants in the capacity of a Pursuer or Pursuers, in relation
to some other person or persons in the character of proposed Defendant
or Codefendants. For the other modes of application see the
Procedure Code: and in the mean time, see §.19, Judge's Contested-
interpretation reporting function; §.20, Judge's Execution-
staying function; §.22, Judge's preinterpretative function; and
§.24, Judge's non-contest evidence elicitation function.

Enactive
Art. 11. Art. 17. With the exception of those sorts of
suits, the cognizance of which belongs as per §.1. to the Excepted
Judicatories, of all sorts of suits which can whatsoever is the Judge of
every Immediate Court competent to take cognizance, namely by the receipt of
the originating application as per Arts 8, 9, 10, to take cognizance Those exceptions saved,
all-comprehensive is the power of the Judicatory; — omnicompetent, the Judge.
