Art. 18. 12. Conducive with the local logical fields of the several
Immediate Judicatories respectively subordinate to them are
the several logical fields of the several Appellate Judicatories:
saving the above exceptions all-comprehensive is the logical field of each Appellate
Judicatory; omnicompetent, each Appellate Judge.
