§.6. Fields of Service.

Art. 1. To each Judicatory belongs it's local and
it's logical field of service.

Art. 2. Of the local, or say geographical field
of the Judge's jurisdiction, the established limits are
determined by those of the several contiguous Judicatories:
that is to say, by those of the several contiguous
sub-districts.

Art. 3. As to it's logical field of service, of every Judicatory
the jurisdiction is all-embracing all-comprehensive and omnicompetent:
applying to all sorts of suits and other judicial
applications; as to which applications see the Procedure Code:
the logical fields of the several excepted Judicatories
as per Ch. XII §.1 excepted; and, saving the difference, in
of respect of power or say jurisdiction, between the Immediate and
Appellate Judicatories.

Art. 4. Certain functions there are, which,
lest the means of securing forthcomingness, on the
part of persons and things, for the purposes of justiciability
and evidence, should be inadequate, —
are, by the Judge of each Judicatory, exercisible within
the local field of jurisdiction of every other
