§.8. Functions common to all Judges
Expositive.
Art. 1. Functions common Distinctive and non-distinctive —
into these two classes may be divided in the first place the aggregate
composed of the functions belonging in common to all every Judges

Art. 2. By the distinctive function belonging to all Judges
understand those which belong to them to the exclusion of all other
functionaries.

Art. 3. Those To these functions exercise is given by contri contributing
to the giving within the field out by the Legislature
to the giving execution and effect to the its ordinances of the Legislature or
in relation to such matters as become subject matter of contestation
and all such other matters in relation to which no authority is
given to the any functionary belonging the the Administrative Department.
