§.8. Functions common to Judges
Expositive
Art. 1. Non-distinctive and distinctive — into these
two classes may be divided, in the first place, the aggregate
comprised of the functions belonging in common
to Judges.
Expositive
Art. 2. By non-distinctive and distinctive
understand those which are belong in common to Judges and
to Ministers, as per Ch. IX. Ministers collectively
§.4. Functions in all.
Enactive
Art. 3. In virtue of their non-distinctive
functions, it belongs to the several Judges Immediate and
Appellate, in their several fields of service, to give,
under the direction of the Justice Minister, execution
and effect to all ordinances of the Legislature, in so
far as they have the application to be made of them has
been, or is announced as about to be, made a subject
matter of contestation, otherwise than by appeal from
an individual at large or a subordinate in any Sub-
department to the Minister of that same Subdepartment
Enactive
Art. 4. So likewise to all ordinances of the
several Sublegislatures as per Ch. Sublegislatures
in so far as consistent with conformable to the Ordinances
of the Legislature.
