§.8. Functions common to Judges

Enactive.
Art. 3. In virtue of his non-distinctive functions,
Enactive.
Art. 5. So between subject to direction
from the Justice Minister to to each Judge, as well
Appellate as Immediate, within his fields of service,
to give exercise to in relation to the several judicial Officers
acting in subordination in subordination to his authority, as per §.3. Judiciary Functionaries,
belong —
Art. 1. the locative, suppletive, directive, and
dislocative functions;
2. — as to his own office, or say situation, the self-
suppletive;
3. — as to things, in so far as by him
employed habitually or occasionally, in the exercise of his other functions, the
procurative, custodative, applicative reparative,
transformative and eliminative functions: exercisable these six,
in conjunction with the Finance Minister: as to which
see Ch. IX. Ministers collectively, §.4. Arts from 45
to 53: and, of the present Chapter, §.33. Judiciary
Apparatus; §.34. Justice Chambers; §.35. Judiciary
Habiliments;
4. — as to persons and things, as above, the inspective;
5. — as to persons, things and occurrences thereto
belonging, by and with the instrumentality of the Registrar of the Judicatory, (as to which
see Ch. XXI. Immediate
Judiciary Registrars;)
the statistic, recordative, officially informative
and publicative;
6. — as to states of things, ordinances and arrangements,
the melioration-suggestive.
