☞ 12 Aug. 1828 Add note from the ensuing titles

1. Sedative or say tranquility restoring or tranquillizing: as
to these see §..

3. Functions corresponding to the four sorts of Remedies: viz.
1. Providers. 2. Suppressors. 3. Satisfactors. 4. P or
say repetitive presenters. As to these see Penal Code
title Reminders.

In the satisfaction are is included the compensation:
and for this purpose the Venditors, as applied to property is
kind for the purpose of converting them it into money:
to wit money for the purpose of being transferred
to a party wronged in satisfaction for wrong: or
to government in trust for the public for the purpose
of punishment, as above.

with the exception of any such contestation as may have
place in any Subdepartment may have place, as
between Subordinate and Superordinate and Subordinate, in the same
Subdepartment, or as between Subordinate and Subordinate,
in the same Subdepartment, in relation to the
characteristic business of such Sub-department: as

Expositive.
Art. 8. By a the executive functions exercisible by a Judge alone
understand, in like manner, the function, by the exercise
of which, execution and effect is given, to any alledged
rule of so stiled unwritten law, alias conjectural,
alias inferential, alias Jurisprudential, alias Judge-made law; to wit, so
long, and in so far, as, any part, of the rule of action
and basis of judication, has been left still floating upon
that imaginary, purely fictitious, nebulous, and perpetually delusive, and uncertainty-
and-insecurity-perpetuating, ground.
