Art. 9. By exercise given to, and appropriate application
made of the power attached to, the executive function
as above just described, exercise will be given to certain
other functions, which form the respectively the subject matter
of so many sections herein after ensuing: that is to say
§.10. Judges self-suppletive function; §.11 Judge's sedative
function; §.12. Judge's aid compelling function. §.19.
Judge's contested-interpretation-reporting function; §.20.
Judge's eventually-emendation function. §.21. Judge's sistitive
or say execution-staying function. §.22. Judge's pre-
interpretative function. §.23. Judge's non-litigational-
evidence-elicitation function.

Art. 10. As often as exercise is given to this
same executive function, exercise is necessarily thereby given to
all or most of certain other functions, to which, in
consideration of their being in this manner included
in this same function, may be given is here allotted with reference to
it, the denomination of elementary functions: as to
which see the next section §.9.

Art. 11. Melioration suggestive function. In
the right of giving exercise to this function, not only the
Judge, but all other Judicial functionaries, as per §.3.
