Art.10. As often as exercise is given to this
same executive function, - exercise is necessarily
thereby given, to all or most of certain other
functions, to which, in consideration of their being,
in this manner, included, in this same
function, is here allotted, with reference to it,
the denomination of elementary functions: as
to which, in the next Section. S.9.

Art 11. Melioration-suggestive function, 11
In the right of giving ex this function,
not only the Judge, but all other Judicial functionaries,
as per S.3. participate.

Expositive Instructional

Art. 9 Strictly Literally speaking, these functionsthis function (the
transmissive does not belong to the abovementioned same class of non-distinction
transmissive as not distinctive the same function being
functions: necessarily by exercise being necessarily
given to it by all the several functionaries belonging both
Administrative Department as above. But on the
occasion of the exercise given to other functions belonging to a Judge they
exercise is given to this function now granted to in a peculiar manner [+] subjects

by the several functionaries in the other class

subject matters of the
exercise given to this
function being only
certain particular ab
descriptions of things
and persons, according
to the several businesses
of the several Subdepartments
the subject matter of the exercise given to it
wherein by to Judge power thus exercised by the Judge
as such all things and
exception stand subjected

whereas of ththe exercise given to this function in the case
of a Judge, the subject matters are all things and all persons
without exception: on the part of the Legislator accordingly
particular case or requisite one marking out the limits by which the exercise given to them is
circumscribed.|
