III. Functions, exercised commonly by the instrumentality
of ministerial subordinates.

1. Accusative: exercisedin compliance with an by incidental imperative
decree, sent for example to a party or extraneous evilness,
requiring enduring his attendance at the Judicatory.

2. Servitative:exercised, by search made for or on the body of a
person or thing, or both.

3. Prehensive: exercised, by possession taken of a
person or a thing, on both.

4. Sistitive: exercised by keeping the subject matter of the prehension, at above, atprehended <add>person or thing - object </add></del> object at the place at which it has been prehended.

5. Adductive: exercised, by bringing the person or
the thing it to the Judicatory.

5. Extraditive: Or say transductive exercised by delivery of it a person
or a thing to some place other custody than that from in
which the mandate issued: an it was in begone.

67. Restitutive: or say retransductive a mode of the extraditive or say transductive: exercised,
by the delivery of the person or a thing into
the custody of some person, in whose custody
he or it had been before the commencement
of the suit.

8. Venditive followed by transantial with relation to the
presents exercised by selling the subject nation and transferring to the party in
question the proceeds.

These, and other modifications of the elementary
judicial functions will be among the subject matters
of the penal and non penal Codes in both their
branches: more particularly in the Adjective branch-.
namely to wit the Code of Procedure Code.
