Punitionally, compensationally
and
dislocationally defined

Expositive.
Art. 9. Art. 7. Punitionally, that is to say By punitionally responsible understand responsible to the purpose of being
subjected to punishment, — sufferingance, under the name of punishment,
in some cases over and above the sufferingance produced by the
exaction of compensation; or in other cases in lieu of it, namely in those cases
in which compensation can not have place: for example,
where there is no individual specially wronged. Compensationally;

Art. 10. By compensationally unders responsible, understand responsible to
that is to say for the purpose of being compelled
to yield compensation.

Art. 11. By dislocationally responsible understand responsible to
Dislocationally that is to say
to the effect purpose of being dislocated.

Enactive Instructional
Art. 10. Art. 8. Within [ ] days after his own location,
a Judge Principal is expected to make such location
as per Art. 2: and thereafter, immediately upon the dislocation
of any such Depute, to locate a succeeding one.

month, and day of the month, will be signed by the Principal;
and, in token of acceptance, by the Depute.

Art. 12 Art. 10. Of every such instrument, exemplars, as per
Ch. VIII., Prime Minister. §.10. Universal Registration System,
will be disposed of as follows —

1. Kept in the Office of the Immediate Judicial Judiciary Registrar,
one.

2. Transmitted to the Justice Minister's Office, one.

2. Transmitted to the Office of the Appellate Judiciary
Registrar of the Appellate Judicatory to which the Judge Immediate
in question is subordinate, one

3. Transmitted to the Justice Minister's Office, one.

4. Kept by the Locator one.

5. Delivered to, and kept by, the Locatee, one.
