Art. 6. Periodically, to wit on the first day of every
week or every the Judge, at the opening of the judicatory
will stand and and make known all such
every such similarly influential addresses address as d
that the last day appointed for such declaration, no
such letter address has been received by him,
every such undue address as in the course of the preceding
week shall have been received; together with all such
others as although received have in any former week
whether by design or accident, failed to be made known
if no one such has been received, he
will make declaration to that effect.
Art. 7. If, with any such design as that of
wasting the time of the judicatory, and thereby producing
to the damage of persons known or unknown,
denial or delay of justice letters characterized by
impertinence be addressed as above to the Judge, the
writing or knowingly sending of any such letter will be punishable in the same
manner as would a personal application having the same sinister
design, as per Ch. §. .
