Art. 6. Periodically, to wit on the first day of
every week, the Judge, at the opening of the Judicatory,
will make known every such undue address, as,
in the course of the preceeding week, shall, as above have been
received; together with all such others as, although
received, have in any former week, whether by
design or accident, failed to be made known;
if no one such has been received, he will make
declaration to that effect.
Art. 7. If, with any such design, as that of
wasting the time of the Judicatory, and thereby producing,
to the damage of persons known or unknown,
denial or delay of justice, to that — missives, composed of or containing characterized by
pertinent matter has addressed, as above, to the Judge,
every person by whom or by whose procurement or instrumentality such missive was written
or knowingly conveyed
of every such missive
will be responsible, compensationally or punishonally, or in
both ways, as the case may require, in the same manner as for
a personal application having the same sinister
purpose.
