Art. 13. Annual Judicial Migration Service Calendar. This is the
denomination given to the instrument by which in pursuance of the migration
system the Justice Minister declares the Judges Government Advocates and Defenders of the Helpless who in the several
Judicatories, Immediate and Appellate shall will have to serve during
the coming Solar Year. In a line with

Judicatories, Immediate and Appellate an exemplar
thereof

is the most distant from the seat of government, it shall
have been received [ ] days before the day on which
in and for that same Judicatory the migration journey
is to take place

I such number of instances as he thinks fit by the Justice Minister
will by his own choice determine into which other territory
each functionary whose commeration time in the situation occupied
in the several other instances the Justice Minister
by him has expired shall be transferred and migrate; and in
such other instances if any as he thinks fit, he may cause
may cause it to be filled up by lot: and for that
such determination to be made by lot: for which
purpose he will cause the an appropriate lottery to be drawn
on some such day as may be time afford in time enough for the transmission
of the per Migration Table Service Calendar, as per Art. 14
