Art. 16 15. In every such Migration Annual Judicial Service Calendar, appropriate matter
will be entered under the heads following —

1. Name of the territory of the Judicatory: of the Sub District, in the case
of an Appellate Immediate Judicatory; of the Sub District in the case
of an Appellate Immediate Appellate Judicatory.

2. Names of the several Judges Government Advocates and Defenders of
the Helpless services for that year the coming Solar Year.
2. Name of the Judge principal of that functionaries serving for that same Judicatory

3. — mention made whether by commeration or migration

4 Year, Month and day of the commencement of their respective commeration
3. Day of his location in that same Judicatory
times in that Judicatory. and whether by or transference

5. Days on which their migration is are expected to commence.

6. In case of migration Judicial territory and Judicatory territory and Judicatories in to which the migration is
to terminate be made

7. Days on which they is are expected to have arrived at their
several judicatories.

8. Indication of the Application or applications, received having if any, which had for their object
the causing them respectively to be transferred or not to be transferred to
those same Judicatory Judicatories, or to cause them to be transferred or not
to be transferred to some other Judicatory Judicatories thereupon mentioned,

9 together with 1. the Names and of the several applicants

10 applicants 2. Causes Grounds of transference and of
day of non transference by respectively

11 respectively 3. Decision of the Justice Minister thereupon

12 4. In case of non-receipt of any such application
mention made of such non-receipt.
