Art. Effect produced on the code by the proposed by

Art. In regard to calamity unaccompanied by delinquency
fields occasion for the exercise of the function belonging to the Preventive
Service Sub Department will comparatively be few and
casual: and when they have place, they will in gen the persons
for whose service they present a demand will more frequently
be non-functionaries - individuals to whose will the calamity
or the danger of it happens to present itself - their functionaries
specially changed and constantly changed with the endeavour to
ward off or instigate it.

Art. Incidents Events by any of which it is prevented from their
becoming law are any of the following.
1. If for the adoption, rejection or modification of it a motion
being made by any number of the Legislators it is thereby
placed in the carpet brought expressly under the consideration of the
Legislature.
2. If, having been transmitted by the Judges principal of an Immediate
Judiciary it receives rather the time a negative from at the
hands of the Judge of the principal of the cbant Appellate Judicatory, or the Justices Minister,
or the Legislation Minister is received within the abovementioned consideration time.|
3. If, having been transmitted by the Judge Principal of an Appellate
Judicatory, a negation has been received as above from the Justice Minister or the Legislation Minister
