Ch. XII. Judiciary collectively
§.16. Eventually emendatory
function
Art. 6. At the end of the Consideration time as per Ch. XI.
§.2. the so proposed amendment if not as per Art. 9. rejected by either the Judge Appellate
or the Justice Minister it has been marked with as Disapproved,
is considered as rejected: if by neither, it becomes
law: and to the Legislation Minister it belongs to aggregate
it to the body of the Law as per Ch. XI. §.2.
Art. 7. If, as before the end of the Consideration time a
Member of the Legislature has made a motion for the taking into
consideration such proposed Judicial amendment, and that motion has been
seconded, the aggregation of the Judicial amendment to the body of the law
awaits the result of the motion so made
and seconded is suspended until the result of the motion so made
and seconded has been determined.
Art. 8. An amendment may be proposed by a Judge
Immediate not either of his own motion, or in compliance
with a judicial application from any alledging
or not having having in the result thereof a particular personal
interest.
Art. 7. If before the end within such Consideration
time a motion for the taking the amendment into consideration has been
made by a Member of the Legislature, and by another seconded,
the aggregation of it to the book of the laws
the results of the remains suspended until the
result of such motion has been determined.
