Art. 3 Colle evidence

Art. 3. If at the time of the observation made by the Judge him, as above, the
collection of the evidence have not been compleated, the Judge in the mayto will stop the

Art.4. If however, by the judicial result of the
judicial examination of the applicant or otherwise - it shall appear

of the applicant continue the collecting untill it shall
