Instructions to the Legislator
including Rationale

8. 7. Persecuting or Liberating the people, from the
yoke und under forward to which they have bee hitherto been subjected by the Opinion
trade: a trade carried on by buying, of profit Law practitioners,
selling at high prices, guesses, at what, in the case in question,
the Judge, whoever he may be, will peradventure, do. The
simple course would be to ask him, which the person Judge himself. This, under this here proposed system,
every any individual is, any occasion empowered to do, and the Judge by a question, to which with
or without reference to the Legislature, he is bound to give give return
a
response.

time, what he may do, and what he can not do with
safety, and in any case what he may expect from the
law without danger of disappointment being disappointed.
