§.24 Attendance

Art. 30. Depute permanent's attendance.

Art. 19 Thus, on the part of a Depute in the several situations, experience and consequent presumptive aptitude
Art. 3 That the experience of a Judge Depute
permanent for location in the situation of principal may be as near as may be coextensive with that the experience of the Judge
Principal, the Judge Principal will bear in mind
the giving the correspondent diversification to the employment
of each Judge Depute.

Art. 5. In the obligatory migration system, as per
Ch. XI §.19 a Judge Deputes are is not comprized.

sinister bias, see §.7

Art.6. From spontaneous migration, however,
he does not stand inhibited: and in whatever other
judicial Sub-district he serves, the reckoning of his
time of service continues uninterrupted.

Art. 31 Art. 4. In this or that Judicatory, the Legislature
if, by reason of the quantity of judicial business is
and the paucity smallness of the number of persons willing to serve as Deputes, it
sees need, will perhaps provide pay for one or more

Judge Deputes permanent.

Art. 31 Art. 32. But in that case it will, it is supposed, see
sufficient reason, to avoid impairing the simplicity of
the system, by relaxing the dependence of Deputes
on principals, or by admitting, on the part of the stipendiary
Depute less closeness of attendance than
what is expected of the Judge principal.
