§. 24. Attendance
Enactive and Ratiocinative.
Art. 1. When sleeps injustice, so may Justice too.
No Attendance necessary In an Immediate Judicatory one
such it is never empty: to wit the seat of one Judge at least on no day in the year,
on no hour of the day
at no time is the Judicatory without one Judge a Judge in one Justice Chamber at least
sitting: on no day in the week or year, on no hour
of the twenty four.
Art. 2. No attendance, no pay.
Art. 2. Considered in respect of time, judicial
duty service or say duty is distinguished into day duty duty service and night duty service
duty: judicial attendande attendance accordingly into day attendance and
night attendance.
Art. 3. Distinguished according Considered in respect
of place, judicial service is distinguished into home
service duty and outdoor service: duty: judicial attendance
accordingly into home attendance and outdoor attendance.
Art. 4. To the Immediate Judicature along
belong these distinctions in respect of time and place.
