Art. 1. The pay of a Judge, whether Immediate or Appellate
is [ ] per day: It is paid to him or his Depute by the Registrar
or his Depute. It is paid to him in person on the Judgment seat to
him or to his Depute between the hours of [ ] and [ ] If neither
be present Judge nor Judge's Depute be at that time present the pay of that day reverts to the public: and the Registrar

Art. 3. Of money From money or money's worth received to the use — not

Art. 4. If it be in an Appellate Judicatory, the appeal
is to the Justice Minister. In this case he either for the purpose of decision
takes cognizance of the suit himself, or gives it to some other Judicatory Appellate
or Immediate, at his choice, assigning of course the reasons of such his choice.
