§ 5 23 Remuneration
Art. 4. On their his responsibility, compensational and
punishment for frivolous and vexation accusation and interrogation
any person through insincerity or temerity, any person
may put questions, tending to the disclosure of any such manifestation of the receipt, actual
the r or expected, of any such benefit, by the Judge functionary or
any person so connected with him as per Art. 9 Art. 3.; and
this as well to any person so connected or supposed to be
connected with him, as to the Judge or to any other person the functionary any person at large, as to the funct no like manner functionary

obviated: and, for procuring, upon occasion by accersition, prehension and
adduction or epistolary interrogation as the case may require,

Art. 5. As to the Judge, if no such occurrence has taken
place, no harm results to him: if any such occurrence
has had place, still no inju wrong is done to him
by the divulgation of it. If in his conduct there be nothing

render it so it so.
Art. 6. In addition to the pay, power and reputation
attached to his office, a Judge Immediate
Judge Depute permanent has for his encouragement the exclusive prospect of
location in the Office of Judge Immediate principal, and thence of
promotion to the grade of Judge Appellate. with its
comparative from Attendance.
