IV. III
Ch. Judiciary collectively
(7 §.27 Remuneration
From individuals none
In the whole of
English procedure
maximization of
evils opposite to the
ends of justice — of
injustice vexation
delay & those of sinister profit
In the Procedure Code it will all along be seen how
instead of the ends of justice, maximization of the evils opposite
to the ends of justice has bee in England been and continues
to be the all comprehensive end of judicature: for the sake of the
profit out of the expence, maximization of the inseparably unwanted
evil, of expence vexation, delay and injustice as well
injustice on all occasion and in all shapes.
From this such sinister
profit arises the
immense mass of
corruption
But in proportion as this has been seen to be the
end in view, and the means employed are the means best adapted
to that end and what will also be seen is that in the sinister
profit thus derived derived from the source may be seen the
cause: the all sufficient cause source of the immense mass of
evil thus aboveindicated a short and general brief and compressed indication of
which has just been made.
