Ch. XI Judiciary collectively

Art. 9. 11 At the end of each Solar year, from
the abovementioned Individual service Minister's Almanack Tables
the Justice Minister causes frame and forthwith
print and publish the a correspondent part of the Judicial Service
Almanack
Table Calendar; a copy he causes transmitt to
every Judicatory, as well Appellate as Immediate:
and in each Judicatory it is kept open
for public inspection at all reasonable times.

Art.. 10 12 In this Almanack are contained the
following lists. lists which follow —

1. List of all persons, whose service years have
been commenced, but not yet fulfilled: with the
day on which each person Solar year, month and day on which each persons actual service commenced and the hours of service respectively compleated by them
him at the end of the each solar year: name of it The Unfulfilled
list.

2. List of all those persons, whose service years have been
fulfilled: but who have not as yet been located in
the situation of Judge Immediate: also and in this case with the Day time of commencement, and the number
of hours, as above; name of it The Fulfilled List.

3. List of all those persons, whose service years having
been compleated fulfilled, they have respectiovely been located
in the situation of Judge Immediate; and in this case with the Solar
time of commencement as above, the time of fulfilment as above, and the year year, Month and day on which, the Judicatory in
which, and the Justice Minister by whom they were respectively located: also
the number of hours served in each one of the two situations as above: name of it The Located
List
.

4. List of all those persons who, having officiated served in the
situation of Judge Immediate, have been promoted to
that of Judge Appellate: with the several particulars last mentioned, and Solar year, month and
day on which the Immediate Judicatory from which, the Appellate
Judicatory into which, and the Justice Minister by whom,
the location was made, also, the number of hours served,
in each one of these situations as above: name of it The Promoted List.

Art. 11. 13 By the Justice Minister, blank forms of for the
Individual service Almanack Tables are caused to be
drawn up, and in types of as large sizes as conveniently
may be printed and by him transmitted to the several
Judicatories, as well Appellate as Immediate: in each
Judicatory they are kept high hung up, so as that the contents
with the manuscript entries, in proportion as made, shall be as easily
visible as may be, to all uses.
