Art. 167 When time has given birth to a class of men
minds as in whose instance the habits of impartiality and sincerity
have been established by the checks securities hereinafter
appointed have by
persons in whose instances, by the absence of seductive temptation
to the contrary and the securities provided as per §
the habits of impartiality and sincerity have been established,
a just cause of reproach to the abode system it would
have place if any person in whose instance the habit by the force
of continual and irresistible temptation, the habitsof partiality and has necessarily and that of insincerity have been immediately been
established but too probably been established were located
in a situation in which to the due exercise of the functions of which the opposite virtues were so indispensably requisite.

Art. 178 Accordingly, after the time expiration of the period
of [ ] years at the end of which persons qualified by
experience in the situation of Judge Immediate Depute will have
come into existence, no person other than such as have
served been serving in the situation of Judge Depute principal
who has practiced in the profession of as a professional
lawyer can be is locable in the situation of Judge
Immediate principal, those excepted, who, before antecedently to the years of appropriate
experience have been already serving therein already.

Art. 19 This qualification however disqualification extends not to those any
person who, without having practiced as a professional lawyer
has been having bred bred to that profession has had served as per Ch. XX §.

Art. 20 A person who with a Should any professional lawyer
who with a view to the being located as Judge Immediate
principal, commence serving as Judge Depute, his must
name must be before that day have been struck out of the list of professional lawyers
formed as per Ch. XX. §. and he is not afterwards
therein readmissible.
