Art. 6. Registrar making
the entries. On the
day of completion, he
enters "One this day
"A.B. his service
years were compleated

Art. 6. To set down on such day in this Almanack Table
the number of hours, during which the individual whose
Table
has, in the course of that day served, is among
the duties of the Registrar: and on the day on which the two
Service Years have been compleated, he makes his entry
he makes notification thereof in these words. "On this day
A.B. (naming the individual " his service years were compleated."

Art. 7. On migrating,
a Judge Depute carries
with him copy of his
Service Table authenticated
by Registrar.

Art. 7. If from one Judicatory, a Judge D
in which he has served a Judge Depute now

Art. 7. If, after serving in one Judicatory a Judge
Depute migrates and will serves in another, as often as this
happens to him he carries with him a copy of his
Service Table to which or Almanack authenticated by the Registrar's
signature.

Art. 8. [ Within [ ] years days after the termination
of each Solar Year, An Registrar of each Judicatory
transmitts to the office of the Justice Minister, a list of
the several persons, who, in the course of that year have
been serving in that Judicatory; whether in the character of as
Judge Deputes permanent of as Judge Deputes occasional:
with the adding to those respective names the number of
hours days, during which in the course of that year they have
respectively served; as between the number of hours during
which they have respectively served, reckoning from the first
day on which they respectively began to serve: with
of the day on adding in the case of making
placing locating in a separate
list of the said list, stiled the then Qualified List all those Fulfilled list whose two years of service years have
been fulfilled. (Of such part of this matter as regards each
person is formed his Individual Service Almanack.
