Art. 9. At end of
each solar Year
Justice Minister causes
frame and forthwith
print and publish.
Aggregate Judicial
Service Almanack.
Copy be transmitted to
every Immediate Judicatory:
inspectable at all
reasonable times.
Art. 9. At the end of each solar year,
1. Date year From the day the the several individual Service Tables Almanacks
the Justice Minister causes frames and within [ ] days
forthwith print and publish the Judicial Aggregate Service
Almanack: a copy he causes transmitt to every Judicatory
as well Appellate as Immediate: and in each said Judicatory
it is kept open at all times for public inspection as at all seasonable times.

Art. 10. In the Almanack are contained the
following lists.
1. List of all those persons whose Service years have been commenced,
but not yet compleated fulfilled: with the hours of service respectively compleated
by them at the end of the Solar Year: name of it, The Unfulfilled List.
2. List of all those whose Service Years have been
fulfilled but who have not as yet been located in
the office situation of Judge Immediate: also of the the
number of hours as above: name of it, the Fulfilled list.

3. List of all those whose Service Years having been
compleated they have respectively been located in the
situation of Judge Immediate, also with the number with the Solar Years Month and Day on which
of hours on he the location were at the the Judicatory in which, and the Justice Minister by whom located: are made: also with
L the number of hours, as above: name of it The Located list.
4. List of all those who having served officiated in
the situation of Judge Immediate, have been promoted
to that of Judge Appellate: with the SolarYear month and day
on which the location was made the Immediate Judicatory from which, the Appellate Judicatory into
which, and the Justice Minister by whom, the location was made:
also the number of hours, as above: name of it The Promoted List.

Art. 11. By the Justice Minister blank forms
of the Individual pertinent Service Tables Almanack are caused to be drawn
up and printed; up, and in types of as large size as may conveniently may be printed by him then and transmitted to the several Judicatories
as well Appellate and as Immediate: and in each Judicatory
they are kept hung up, in such manner that so as that the contents
with the manuscript entries, in proportion as they are made,
may shall be as easily visible as may be, to all eyes.
