(6 §.17 Locable who (Judges)
§ Relation between the Judge and the other Members of the
Judiciary
Art. As to the power belonging to the Judge in relation
to the other judiciary of in the same regard
namely the Pursuer General, the Defender General and the
Registrar, with the material relation between the several hours
of service, the of intituled

Art. 14. The two Service
years as yet not
fulfiulled by any person
any person may be

of Justice Minister

can has as yet have fulfilled the two Service years as above
any person at the discretion of the Prime Justice Minister may be is locable
located in the situation of Judge Immediate; at the expiration
of that time no person shall be is then locable
who has not fulfilled his two service years as above.
Art. 15. During that same time , no person
who has not so far as Service years served as Judge Immediate
is promotible to the Office of the Judge I Appellate, if then
any apt person there be who in that same situation
has served for that same length of time

without valid objection
made as per Art. 13
any person has served
as Judge Immediate
one service year, no one who
has not is promotible.
Art. 15. So soon as any persons are in existence by
whom in the situation of Judge Immediate have served been serving served for one
without valid objection (made as per Art. 13) served for one year, no person who has not served unless in that situation
he has not served for th during that length of time or in the situ
character of Judge Immediate Depute has served for one service year as above
is to promotible to the situation of Judge Appellate.
Art. 16. In the case of a in the Office
of Judge Appellate, the same course of probation has place
as per Art. 12 and 15.
