Art. 29 Immediate and Appellate Government Advocates
qualifications Immediate and Appellate. In respect of the appropriate

and Appellate Judiciary
Registrars. So in the case
of a Judiciary Registrar in both
grades.

Art. 33. Government
Advocate Generals Registrar.
So in the case
of the Government Advocate
General's Registrar.
He will be located out
of the list of Judiciary
Registrars.

Art 30 So in the case of Registrars.

Art. 28 34. A person's having served occasionally as Immediate or Registrar Depute
will not prevent his him from serving occasionally as Judge Immediate
Depute, nor from having his service days in that character
from being being contributing to his qualification for
being located in the situation of Judge.

Art. 29 35. A person's having served occasionally
as Registrar Immediate Judge Depute will not prevent his serving
occasionally as Judge Depute nor the character of Registrar Depute nor his service days
in that character from being reckoned as to the number of the
service years necessary to contribute contributory to his qualification for
being located in the situation of Registrar.
