Aids to Brother
Judges.

Art. 18. When, On the occasion of a suit originally suit having its origin in the Judicatory
of another judge, the function of eliciting evidence, for
the purpose of that same suit is committed to me, I will use my best endeavours [+] [+] by means of such evidence
as I shall thereupon
check
, to compleat
the re necessary and
sufficient ground for
such and incident as the
nature of a case may
require and for giving
thereto it due and
full execution and effect.

Means of the evidence so elicited and otherwise, towards giving
execution and effect the performance or refusal of the judicial
service demanded by the suit, and the justice of the case may
require, and as to that end to the towards the giving execution
and effect to whatsoever decree or introducting mandate such my
colleague may have found reason to effect.

Art. 19. Where, for the for the purpose of eventual execution and on the occasion of a suit
effect, to such decree as he shall have seen reason to issue, on the
occasion of a suit
originally in his judicatory, any other Judge my Colleague
has issued for any purpose a mandate to which for
such purpose it is necessary that execution should in part or in whole be given
within any Judgesphere, far from obstructing obstructive in my endeavours
shall, in so far as needed, be applied to the giving facility facilitating
to all such execution: joining in will applying myself in aid of and in so
far as requisite in concert with such my colleague the by the performance of any suit operations
as may be necessary to the giving affording equal or
benefit to such judgeable to when it has happened to address
themselves to his judicatory on the one part, and such to
which it has happened to address themselves to my own Judicatory
or the other. [I will neither seek to narrow the
exercise of his power for the augmentation of my own, nor
to give undue extension to it, for the sake of my own
ease.]
