aptitude.
VII - Judge Appellate.

Art 5. Of the securities applying to the situation of
Judge Immediate, those applying to that of Judge Appellate
are the following.
1. The antecedent Securities I. II. III. IV:
2. Of the concomitant at large, V. VI. VII. VIII. IX.XI. XII.
3. Of the concomitant relative to connections,
XXIV XXV. XXVI. XXVII. XXVIII. XXIX. XXX.
4. Of the subsequentially applying XXXI. XXXII.
Together – 29.

Add, securities applying to the situation of Judge Appellate,
and not to that of Judge Immediate.
1. The proof afforded by ulterior appropriate experience
2. Ulterior proof of irreproachableness afforded by the additional
scrutiny – to wit the scrutiny preparatory to
the Judge Immediate's promotion to the situation of
Judge Appellate - 2.

Of the securities applying to the situation of Judge Immediate,
those not applying to that of Judge Appellate are
1. Of the concomitant of Large VIII.XXII

Art 6. Of the Securities applying to the situation of Judge
Immediate, those applying to that of Government Advocate,
to wit, identically, or mutatis mutandis, are

2. Of the concomitant at large, V. VI. VII. IX. X. XXI XI. XII. XIII.
XIV. XV. XVI. XVII. XXII. XXIII.
3. Of the concomitant relative to connections, XXIV: XXV: XXVI.

Ulterior Securities are
1. To any person that thinks fit, in consideration either of his
own or any other private interest, or any public interest, to apply
to the Judge for his mandate, requiring the Government Advocate
to act on the occasion in question, whether on the Pursuer's, or on the Defendant's side of the suit.
2. Add to this case the concurredent authority given to persons at large: viz in the character of informants,
and that ofpursuers in non-penal and purely penal cases, and in the character of persons specially
wronged; and, as such, co-pursuers in publico-private penal cases.

Of the Securities applying to the situation of Judge Immediate, those not applying to the situation
of Government Advocate are –
1. Concomitant at large, VIII. XVIII. XIX. XX. XX1.
2. Ultimately applying, XXVII. XXVIII. XXX. XXXI. XXXII. XXXIII. XXXIV.
