aptitude.

2. Immediate Judge
Deputes permanent

Art. 9. Additional securities, not applying not to
the situation of this principal, and only to that
of the Depute, are the following
1. Powers of the principal, to make, in relation
to his own Judicatory, general regulations
as to the distribution of business between
Depute and Depute; as per Ch. XIV Immediate Judge Deputes permanent § 2, Art. 1.
2. Power to a party to apply to Depute permanent,
to make reference to the Judge principal,
as to this or that particular point; as per Ch. XIV.
§2, Art 6: and, in case of his omitting or refusing
so to do, to apply to the Judge principal for
that same purpose.
§ 3. Dislocability of the Depute by the principal;
as per Ch. XIV §2.
