Judicial apparatus
what
Art. 1. By the Judicial Apparatus, understand
the stock of things which to enable the Judge
to exercise Judiciary Establishment to discharge its function
require to be under the direction of the Justice
Minister, at the disposal of the Judges in the several in their respective
Judicatories.

Consists of things
immoveable and moveable
Art. 2. These things The articles of which this stock
is composed will belong partly to the class of things immovable,
partly to the class of things movable moveable: and
to divers things immovable will be attached so many
appropriate aggregates of things moveable.

1 Justice Chamber
2 Repository for
books & Stationery
3 Official habitation
4 Waiting rooms
Art 3. In Belonging to each Judicatory will be immoveable
things following.
1. A Justice Chamber, one or several
2. Repositories for Stationery : containing Books and Papers and other materials of
writing
3. The Arbiter Official House Habituees: the habituees of any such Judiciary Offices to whom the
Legislature shall have thought fit to allott such abodes
at public expence — say
4. Prisoners, and any other of Waiting rooms, if any
in which as per Ch. Justice Chambers any such
parties and witnesses as for prevention of sinister
intent it may on this or that occasion be deemed fit
to keep sep in a state of separation from such or such other
persons may for that purpose be kept under inspection.
