Art. 1. in every Ju For every Judicatory there is or shall be a Justice
Chamber, built, furnished and kept in repair at the National Expence

3. Registrar's Clerk or Clerks Respective Clerk or Clerks 4. Pursuer General. 5. Defender General 6. Plaintiff or Plaintiffs. 7. Defendant
or Defendants. 8. Plaintiffs Witnesses. 9. Defendant's Witnesses.
10. Plaintiffs Stipendiary Lawyer. 11. Defendants Stipendiary Lawyers.
2. Convenience of the whole edifice in respect of
1. In the Light. 2. Temperature free from excess of heat and cold at
all times
2. To the sort of person of each class the persons of all other classes to whom
it is of use that they should be visible visible
