§. Witness's Waiting Room

Art. When If an applicant . If in
company with the applicant a witness another person comes with
the intention of officiating on his behalf in the capacity of a
extraneous witness, the Judge
Art. Before he Immediately after having putting the
above questions and before any answer the Judge will say
to the Applicant
Are there any perso or Have you any witness or
witnesses that you bring have brought with you for your support?
If so speak to them and name them: for they must withdraw
while you are under examination: otherwise they can not
be heard at all to the purpose of this your application.
Therefore, if the answer is in the affirmative, the
individual or individuals in question are produced, and heard,
in under by the guidance of an Officer of the Judicatory, they are
conducted to an adjacent adjoining chamber stiled the Witness's Waiting
Room.
Out of the Witness's Waiting room they are successively
called in to testify. Till the application hearing is concluded
neither can the applicant nor any witness who has been examined repair to the Waiting room while
any intended witness is there in waiting, nor any witness who
has been examined return therein.
No can be present in the Judicature at the same
time, unless after they have been heard separately, the Judge
should order them in for the purpose of being confronted.
