Art. 1. By a Justice Chamber understand a Chamber
in which Judicial suits and other judicial applications
are heard.

& occasional

Art. 2. Of Justice Chambers some will be appropriate
— exclusively applied to this purpose: other occasional,
employed of necessity for want of appropriate
Justice Chambers in the places in which respectively the Judicial
business is carried on.

sorts — for night & for
day sittings

Art. 3. Under the Code Appropriate Justice Chambers are will be of
two sorts: one for Day sittings; the other for Night sittings.

Supplemental Justice

& occasional

Art. 4. Occasional Supplemental Justice Chambers may
will be 1 some for continued use: or the use 2. More these may be stiled
permanent: others for transient use: these may be termed occasional.
By the occasional understand those employed on
occasion and in the course of a suit; to wit for Outdoor sitting,
as to what see Ch XII. Immediate Judges.
