exclusion of intercourse
impracticable Course

As between three four of these functionaries, to wit the Judge,
the Registrar, the Government Advocate and the Advocate of
the helpless, to cut off exclude keep constantly excluded all means and opportunity
of corruptive intercourse, at other times and in other places, could scarce be practicable
But for the course taken for minimizing it see Const Code
Ch. XI Judiciary collectively §. and by thus rendering it impracticable
during the hearings, no small advance towards
the in the exclusion of it might be made. For supposing those
opportunities and those motives which otherwise would spring
up in the course of each hearing cut off, small in comparison
will be the aggregate of those that would remain.
