As between one individual and another man
actor and actor on the judicial theatre what will generally
be necessary is that the they should in the Judicatory itself they should incidentally hold communication
with one another: what does not seem exceptions excepted to be
necessary in any case is — that the matter of that communication
should be a secret to the rest others or to any of the
others: for publicity there is the general reason — prevention
of contest for the purpose of promoting private interest
at the expense of public.

1. The Judge might seek to win over the Jury to his
purposes by considerations which being addressed to their prejudices or
passions would not he would not for shame would
prevent him from submitting to his a more
enlightened part of the audience company present such as his comrades in
office and the professional sector of the Judicial Inspectors
and this or that one among the miscellaneous parties
other suitors waiting for their turns

2. By conceit with his comrades in office the Registrar
the Government Advocate and the Defender of the Helpless he
finds in the hideousness of the scrutiny to justice
inducement for a greater degree of dispatch
than would be consistent with a due regard for the
means and direct ends of justice
