Art. 1. General Art. 1. Government aiding Art. 1. I. General III Ministerial assistance function. In the
exercise of this function, at the call of the Prime Minister
of any one of the Ministers, or of the Judge of any Immediate
Judicatory, the Local headman of the
Bissubdistrict does what depends on him, toward giving
execution and effect, to all such ordinances orders or decrees
as in relation in relation to which in conformity to the will of the Legislature it may
happen to them to regard the business of their respective
departments and Subdepartments as standing
in need of his assistance: and this whether for the purpose
of securing execution and effect, or for the purpose
of minimizing the amount of delay, vexation and
expence.
