§.9. VII. Preventive-service aiding function (a)

Art. 1. VII. Preventive-service-aiding function.

In the exercise of this function, he in case of necessity,
he lends his aid to the Preventive Service functionaries;
and for this function also has under his command
the Radical Military force resident stationed within his territory.

Note (a)

(a) The What concerns the Preventive service Subdepartment is peace
in this place, it being a sort of amphibious or epicoene Subdepartment
belonging in common bearing a common relation to the administrative and
judicial departments.
