§.

Chapter
Of professional Substitutes or Assistants or Substitutes to the parties

§.1.

Art. 1 Of A professional assistant to a party is
a person who by whom for pecuniary or quasi pecuniary remuneration acts in a judicatory as accompanying assistant
or as substitute to a party litigant.

Art. 2. Of professional assistants there are not
separate classes more than one, in such distinction as that between
Attorneys and Advocates the Attorney and the Advocate. Whoever is employed in the conduct management
of a any suit is entitled to argue in that same or any other suit

§.5. Checks

Art. 5. Compositionally and positionally,

same number of hours as in the case of Judge Depute

§.5. Checks

Art. 6. By a decree of the Judge pronounced for special cause
assigned, and subject to Appeal a professional Assistant may be eliminated out of the
list of persons entitled to serve in that capacity in
