Art. 5. To Except as Exceptions excepted no Appellate Judicatory belongs any original
jurisdiction

Ground of Appeal

Art. 6. Exception is where on view of the proceedings
which have had place in an Immediate Judicatory,
[as appeared upon the face of the record] censure censure is thought
fit to be pronounced on the conduct of the Judge or some
other of the Magisterial Officers functionaries thereunto belonging

Art. 7. To In no Appellate Judicatory is any does a Quasi
Jury attached serve.

Art. 8. Except as Exceptions excepted, on no other gro evidence
does an Appellate Judicatory take for the ground composing
the ground of its decision, other than what appears on the
face of the record made of the proceedings of the Immediate
Judicatory.

Art. 9. Exceptions are

1 Where the subject of complaint has for its subject refusal, or undue
delay in respect of the minutation or transmission of the
record.

of fact, to which, though in the his opinion of the Judge Appellate
the existence of it is too notorious and well established
to need the being proved by special evidence, it
