Art. 2. Of such attendance the object will be — not
the frustrating in any way any intuition of the Judge, but
merely the furnishing upon occasion, the most trustworthy
evidence of it: if however it appears to him that by any
subordinate of the Judge, on pretence or under the belief of
giving effect, obstruction is opposed to the will of the Judge
