§. 23 22 Locable, who.

Art. 1. Till the arrival of the Official aptitude Consummation period
Art. 1. Reception excepted,
during the preferable appropriate , as per Ch. IX Ministers collectively

no person is locable when until his name has been entered in the
General Locable List.

§.24. 23. Located, how.

Art. 1. Antecedently to the Election, Candidates will have
given in their names, together with their several reduction offers,
relation had to the standard salary, according to the Office Constitution
process. Out of these bidders, together with such Candidates,
if any, by whom no bidding has been made, the Electors
will have to choose.

§.25. Distriable, how

Art. 1. A Local Headman is distriable by any one of the
several Ministers to the exercise of whose functions it is his duty
to give aid as above.

Art. 2. So, subject to Appeal, by the Immediate Judge of his territory: so by the Prime Minister, the Legislature, or
the Constitutive authority: namely in this case, by that branch of it which is
composed of the Electors of the Sub-District. Quere?
