§.10: IX Uncommissioned-prehensive-warranting function

Art. 1. IX Uncommissioned prehensive warranting[+]
function function. In
of an officer
warranting , the prehender, if no
functionary belonging to the judicial or preventive service be
nearer at hand, will, if the service admitts, repair to the Headman of the
territory, and give him exposition of information respecting the facts and
circumstances. The Headman will thereupon either take
charge of the prehender have the prize or thing the prize in charge of the
prehender, or take charge of him thereof in conjunction with
, him or without him, as the law in that behalf shall have
directed.

Art. Function 10. Loco-statistic function. Taking
cognizance of divisions, unions, and boundary fixing judicial
