§.13. X. Search Abuse Power controlling function

Art. 1. X. Search Abuse Judiciary power-controlling function. In the exercise
of this function, if, by desire of any the Judge, or by any
other person, p or in aid of justice, in reality or pretence search be made on the land
or in the
any building or in any land in the occupation
of an individual any person in such case, if by
any person interested int in his responsibility application
be made to him, requesting his attendance
for the purpose of preventing or stopping abuse in any
shape of the power so exercised, he will attend accordingly.

Judiciary

Art. 1. Power-controlling function. In the exercise
of this function, if, by any int, in his responsibility in
case of and groundless groundless or frivolous wanton application,
an in information has given been given to the Headman, of any act of judicial
power exercised on any person or thing, for the purpose, real
or pretended of giving execution and effect to any decree of the
Judge or any other ordinance of law, in such case if for
stoppage or prevention or stoppage of the any abuse made of the power so exercised

he will, if he sees need or preponderant use, attend accordingly to so

1. Prehension, and consequent detention or transmission, exercised exercised on
a person.

2. Prehension and consequent detention or transmission exercised on
a thing movable

3. Prehension and detention of a thing unmovable.

4. Search made, whether on land, or in a building or other receptacle
for the purpose, real or pretended of prehension or in in aid of
