§.23. Relation to Registrar. Enactive im.

Art. 1. Whatsoever the Local Headman, as such
does, the Local Registrar records

Art. 7. Exceptions excepted, that which is here said
of the principals applies to their respective Deputies.

Art. 2. To every act of the Local Headman,
the Registrar attaches his opinion. He exercises
the communication function. See Ch. XVI Quasi Jury C. Functions.

Art. 3. It is expressed by one or other of these formularies
— 1. Approved. 2. Disapproved. 3. Approved sub modo

In this latter case, he makes entry of the modified approval decrees
as modified which in his view the case requires.

Art. 4. The Registrar has not, directly
or indirectly a negative in any act of the Headman.
To the Registrar's Disapproved, he attaches subfixes if he thinks fit
the words Ordered notwithstanding with his signature, and the day of when written. So likewise to the Registrars
Disapproved sub modo. Function thus exercised the Non-obstructive
function.

Art. 5. So likewise in case of delay on the
part of the Registrar. Formulary in this case, Communicated,
then follows day and hour and signature: with time allowed for deliberation time allowed 2. Formulary, at the
mention end of that time, for deliberation, No Deliberation
time elapsed, order confirmed.

Art. 6. By the Headman and the Registrar the one
official apartment will be occupied, as in the case of the Judge and
the Judiciary Registrar. Of this apartment the Headman will be,
the as occasion need and or need calls, the frequent, the Registrar the a constant
occupant.
